BTO/TiN is a high-k dielectric, which also showcases ferroelectric behavior. Using cryogenic probe stations and ferroelectric measurement tools, we showcased polarization loops and capacitance curves and analyzed the response of defects in the films.

Utilizing the nanofabrication facility at Center for Nano Science and Engineering (CeNSE), we tried to demonstrate the Singlet Fission as a way to go beyond the Schokkley Quisser limit of solar cells by transferring excitons generated in organic chromophore (tetracene) into the IBC solar cell.
